Again, I have been billed for a phone that was returned for replacement. After talking to someone for alkost an hour, who sounded like they had marbles in their mouth, I just hung up the phone.
Obviously, they would rather lose a customer than fix the issue. I sent the phone back many months ago, and had the issue fixed- I thought. However, it keeps creeping up.
I asked the person, who I could not understand, to connect me to someone else, but he refused, and told me to just call back. How foolish! I am going to call back tomorrow and talk to someone else. If that does not work, I am going to dispute the current and all future charges with my credit card company. I might even check some of the past charges just in case.
Hard to believe that a company would treat customers like this. I have no issue paying for what I owe, but I will never pay for something I do not have. They know damn well that I returned that phone. I have the tracking number and everything. They also told me it was taken care of months ago.
Has anyone else had any issue like this? Feel free to rant and rave about it. I know I could go on all night. I extremely mad about this, especially after having such a great weekend. Wow! They really know how to ruin a good time.
I just kept asking the guy to fix it, and let me get along with my life, but he refused. Has customer satisfaction just gone by the wayside? I am not asking for anything extra, I just want to pay for what I owe, and only what I owe. That seems fair to me. I just cannot understand why that seems unfair to them. Also, they are supposed to document all of this, so it should be noted that the other girl fixed it a few months back. I guess I might expect to much.
Anyway, I feel better writing about this issue, but I will feel even better if they fix it tomorrow. We will see. Wish me luck.
